Competition Law: Abuse of Dominant Position

Abstract
The article is dicussing the definition of dominant position, criteria to determine it and abuse of it in competition law, which is one of the most important field of law in open marketing business. Dominant position, abuse of it, criteria of determining dominant position and cases, which break the atmosphere of competition, are analyzed in the example of international practice, legal norms of Azerbaijan Republic and other countries, decisions of Commission of European Communities.
