A New Perspective to the Globalization World: E-Government and Its Legal Base

Abstract
The e-government system is a system that states provide it based on principle of transparency and dexterity in the globalization world. In general, e-government system has an effective role on the further development of the relations between state and its society as a kind of “new era”. From this point of view the legal base of e-government system was researched broadly not only in accordance with the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, but also both different states and international law.
